National Network
Our network of 9 strategically placed distribution centres cover the country. With over 500,000 square feet of warehousing space we are able to offer storage facilities as well as distribution.
Standard delivery cycle to UK postcodes
Our standard delivery offer is 5 days (or less) from receipt of product or order. The end recipient is contacted by our customer service teams within 24 hours of the order being processed on the system. They agree an appropriate delivery date and immediately update the system to reflect this.
Our delivery crews will contact the end recipient on the day of delivery and give them at least 1 hours notice of their arrival.
Installation
Our staff are experts in home delivery and are trained in a variety of installations. If your requirements are not in our current repertoire we would be more than happy to undertake appropriate training
Room of choice delivery
All of our deliveries are to the room of choice and our staff will ensure that utmost care is given to the customer’s property whilst making the delivery.
White goods recycling
If you need old white goods removed when the new product is delivered we are happy to arrange this.
Order tracking facilities
The Extrak system allows customers and consumers alike to access their order(s) and track its progress. This can be done from anywhere that has access to the internet.
Total Distribution Packages
We are able to offer total Distribution packages including collection, warehousing and distribution at any of our locations.
Unpacking and waste removal
Unpacking and waste removal can be a tedious job so, if you want it doing, our staff will do it for you.
Full back office support teams
We have highly trained and enthusiastic staff at all of our locations. They will help to organise incoming and outgoing goods and assist you with any enquiries as they arise
4 hour delivery windows
Our back office support staff will organise your home delivery within a 4hr window 8am – 12 midday and 12 midday – 4pm .We can also accommodate weekend and evening deliveries on request.
1hr advanced courtesy calls
In order to minimise any disruption to the customers day our drivers will call or text 1 hour in advance of arrival.
