Our people are highly trained with vast experience of the home delivery sector having operated within this sector for over 20 years. They all go through a thorough induction programme and are taught to handle goods with safety in mind conforming to all manual handling regulations.

All of our depots have a full back office staff there to make sure your deliveries are processed as efficiently as possible. They are able to provide assistance with bookings, organising deliveries or collections and also assisting with any enquiries that you may have.
All of our deliveries are managed through our superb delivery management system(DMS). It can be easily accessed via the internet and will allow the customer to monitor progress of their delivery via the track and trace software.
Our Unique Handling Methodology
Delivery damage is a common occurance in the Home Delivery sector and challenges most delivery networks. Our network has developed a unique handling methodology that is proven to reduce delivery damage and consequently reduce overall distribution costs.
How do we do it ?
Always 2 men - 2 Man Teams carefully handle your products throughout the process. All collecting vehicles will be crewed by 2 men, receipts into our warehouses are always handled by 2 man teams and of course the final delivery will always be made to the room of choice by a 2 man crew.
Minimal Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) – We use very little MHE throughout our network so product is not subject damage from heavy equipment such as fork lift trucks.
Mobile Storage Trolleys – On receipt to our depots your product is placed onto mobile storage trolleys that are specially designed to carry large items such as furniture or large flat pack boxes. They can easily be modified to suit many products. These are carefully wheeled to the storage areas until they are required for delivery.
Fully Trained and Motivated Staff – Our management and staff are very experienced in handling 2 man products. They understand that customer service and delivery damage in particular are of utmost importance to a successful network. They will ensure that your products are handled with the care and attention that they deserve.
